Innovative, Easy to use and functional
— Dan V.What do you like best about Sendspark? Ease of use. Integration with Hubspot. Set up and functionality. Price - Very affordable for small business. I can share and create content for my whole team. Training and Onboarding has been slick and they are very open to new ideas. What do you dislike about Sendspark? No downside. Still a young growing company so feature and functionaliy is being added all the time. Lots of exciting things in the pipeline I think. What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you? Creates a more personel outreach and interaction with prospective clients I am able to reply to question via video very quickly rather than typing a long email.

Such a shame to write this review given I had such positive first impressions. In October 2022, I tried using Sendspark and liked the idea. At the time there were two levels of paid plan available, a pro plan for $15/month and a white label plan for businesses that could only be purchased with 5 users as a minimum at $49/user/month. As I’m a solopreneur but I also wanted to remove the Sendspark branding I asked the owner of the company Bethany on an introductory Zoom call if it would be possible to remove the branding on the $15/month option. She agreed and instructed me to sign up for the pro plan to then be upgraded by Sendspark so I could remove their branding. This is where things went wrong. During a chat transcript with Bethany (which is now in the hands of my credit card company and the authorities)I ask if there was anything else I needed to do other than sign up for the pro plan to be upgraded. The answer was no, they would sort the upgrade for me. So I went ahead and subscribed to the pro plan at $15/month. After a few days I found that Sendspark wasn’t going to be what I needed so I logged into my account to cancel my plan. But I couldn’t see I was subscribed to anything and no money had been charged from my credit card. Stupidly rather than double checking with them I thought there must have been an error because I couldn’t see a live subscription and then stopped using the platform. Until the other day (over 8 months later), I received my annual credit card statement (I rarely use the card). To find if not only been billed the $15/month for 8 months (which is my own stupid fault), but an extra $49 on top! If you look at the pricing as it stands now they’ve introduced a $49/month option now, so even if I subscribed to that today, why would I be billed for 2 levels of plan?! Unfortunately upon contacting Bethany she can’t seem to remember our conversation and insists only on applying $488 as a credit to the Sendspark account I used for about a week 8 months ago! Rather than the taken money being returned. It’s fair enough I should be charged the $15/month I signed up for, but not the $49/month I didn’t. Oh and to top it off, they promised to refund one month to my card and guess what? I’ve received nothing. Be very careful before handing your card details over to this company.

Quick and easy to use
— Mark D.What do you like best about Sendspark? Allows me to quickly record and send videos, either of myself or myself and my screen, which helps ensure I can create super personalised messages when contacting prospects or clients. What do you dislike about Sendspark? I'm still exploring the platform, so far I haven't found anything I dislike about it. What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you? I can quickly record a video message. Previously I would have to use software on my computer to record the message, and then a separate platform to host the video allowing me to send it. It also allows me to make a video landing page with a call to action button.

Easy to Use; Amazing Communication
— Andrea B.What do you like best about Sendspark? It's simple to use and gives multiple options for creating video messages for emails or social like LinkedIn. They are super fast to respond to suggestions and inquiries. What do you dislike about Sendspark? Took a bit to get used to the background situation and my first video took a bit of time to render, but after 2 videos, it was very easy. What problems is Sendspark solving and how is that benefiting you? It's been hard to break through noise with differentiating myself. I will say it's probably not ideal for a first-time communication with a prospect, but once you call and leave a message or send an email or two, it's ideal for a follow-up.
