We are seeking dedicated and skilled nursing professionals to provide exceptional care across various shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights).

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in emergency situations.
- Make sound decisions under pressure and in critical scenarios.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans using the nursing process.
- Advocate for patients, ensuring clear communication between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Participate actively in patient care conferences.
- Utilize hospital, clinical, and community resources effectively.
- Manage equipment and supplies safely and cost-efficiently.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to support personnel as needed.
- Fulfill in-charge responsibilities when required.
- Stay current with professional practices through continuous education, professional literature, and engagement in nursing organizations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Specialty Certification in Emergency Nursing (preferred).
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (preferred).
- Current registration as per Bermuda Nursing Council standards.
- At least two years of continuous Emergency Department experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications in AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Proven expertise in physical assessment and strong clinical competencies.
