Maintenance Surveyor

Maintenance Surveyor needed in East London.

The hourly rate is £27.97ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The reference number is:                        0008 3974 / 1

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre/post-inspection and reports for responsive repairs void works and cyclical repairs within the relevant area of operation.

Predominantly Area to cover would be E8(Hackney) & E17 Walthamstow but may extend to other areas.

Min 3 years’ experience in surveying & repairs & Maintenance & Damp & Mould

Customer facing

Excellent communication skills

Hybrid Working – 2 days min per week in office
