The L&D Adviser will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the corporate L&D Plan as part of the overall HR strategy. This is a great opportunity to work with all HR and other stakeholders within the Client in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating a range of L&D solutions. This will include developing the use of and functionality of the Learning Management System for increased efficiency and user experience.
Reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Partner, you will work with the HR Team within the Resources Directorate. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a Learning and Development role including some delivery, with the clear potential to develop into a more project-based environment. You will have a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent, detailed knowledge of modern L&D approaches and be capable of independently planning and prioritising workload to meet a range of demands to time and quality.
