Housing Performance Lead needed in Honiton.

The rate is £45.00ph PAYE

This is a full time role working on a temporary contract.

The successful candidate will continuously review the operational processes within the services to ensure continuous improvement and that an excellent service is provided to customers, including training staff where a need is identified, monitoring data streams to keep abreast of trends and responding to statutory requests for review under the Housing Act 1996 and Freedom of Information data requests.
