D365 BC Support consultant, £50,000 – London

Pearson Carter is working very closely with a UK based Microsoft Gold partner who are looking for a D365 1^st/2^nd Support Consultant to join their team and support their ever growing pipeline of projects within Dynamics Nav/BC.

This job is offering a very completive salary of £50K + with excellent benefits!

Responsibilities

• 1^st and 2^nd line support to users of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
• To understand user needs and provide solutions for a third party to develop.
• Working closely with our 3^rd party ERP provider to develop the system and oversee smooth implementation of modifications, bug fixes and upgrades.
• Play a Supporting role in implementing the system into additional business depots.
• Monitor and resolve any issues with applications interfacing into ERP
• Have an in depth understanding of customizations made by the company to the base ERP system.

Experience

• Knowledge of Dynamics Nav/BC
• Previous experience in a Support environment
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines

• Understanding of the process of physical stock movements and how they are accounted for on ERP systems

Location

2 days a week in Central London
