Remuneration and Benefits package as the Assistant Commercial and Contracts Manager will be:

• £40k – £45k DEO
• Flexible/hybrid options available 
• Option for a compressed 4 day working week
• 5% Discretionary bonus

• 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, with the opportunity to buy and sell leave
• Pension contribution matched up to 8%

Skills and experience needed for the appointed Assistant Commercial and Contracts Manager:

• Education: A degree or equivalent in Law or Business Studies is your foundation.

• Contract Law Savvy: Knowledge in Contract Law will set you apart and give you a distinct advantage.
• Global Commercial Insight: International commercial awareness is highly desirable, providing a broader perspective in our diverse market.

• Defence Contracting Experience: Exposure to a Defence Contracting environment is desirable, demonstrating your familiarity with the unique nuances of this sector.

• UK MoD Contract Know-How: Knowledge of UK MoD contracts is a plus, enhancing your ability to navigate within the UK defence landscape.

• US DoD Contract Familiarity: While not essential, experience or knowledge of US DoD contracts will further enrich your profile.
