Job Description:

The school is ideally looking for an Art Teacher who can teach Photography for a 50/50 split. The role is maternity cover, long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver inspiring and engaging Art and Photography lessons.
  • Nurture and encourage students’ creative expression and technical skills.
  • Plan and implement a curriculum that caters to different skill levels.
  • Organise exhibitions and displays to showcase students’ work.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to help students reach their full potential.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree in Art, Photography, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your own artistic and photographic work.
  • Passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
  • Effective communication and classroom management skills.
  • Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
