Are you a passionate and devoted Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding career under the former Ofsted rating for schools, in a ‘Good’ Primary School” in Kings Lynn? Then we’re looking for you. This school that inspires students with love and makes sure that they have the appropriate skills to use in the Future. They are now looking for a long-term supply Teaching Assistant covering Year 5 to start in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities – Teaching Assistant:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities. 
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
  • The Teaching Assistant must be able to assist with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment. 
  • The Teaching Assistant must assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.

Requirements – Teaching Assistant:

  • Good knowledge of Year 5
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
  • Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
