Children and Young People Support Worker– Colwyn Bay

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
  • Emotional support & support with activities

Requirements:

Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

– Must hold full UK driving license & have access to a vehicle

– Be over the age of 18

– At least 6 months experience in a similar setting
