About the Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in promoting workplace wellbeing and ensuring employee health and safety. Working full-time, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational health services, including case management and health surveillance.
- Provide expert guidance on occupational health and employment legislation.
- Conduct assessments, offering evidence-based advice on fitness for work.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
- Support the professional development of less experienced team members.
- Lead health and wellbeing initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Need
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN. A Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health is desirable.
- Experience: Proven track record in occupational health, particularly in case management and health surveillance.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of occupational health and employment legislation.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Preferred: Previous management experience and experience in A&E or intensive care are advantageous.
